Williamsburg Carriagehouse

This new construction carriage style single family residence inspired us to design custom planters with integrated slatted wooden benches, creating a backdrop of white birch trees and ferns on the rear ground level terrace. The favorite feature of the owner’s property is the roof terrace. The space features a massive cushioned relaxing platform, a custom kitchen with built-in BBQ, refrigerator and ice maker and a long bar with open views of the Manhattan skyline. Custom brown/gold planters surround the space planted with Cotinis cogyria shrubs that create billowing masses of foamy flowers that give this plant its common name, Smokebush.
